Our purpose is to coach and mentor executives and business owners in order to unleash their full potential. Our motto is, after all, UNLEASHING POTENTIAL!
We believe in diversity and in accelerating female representation into leadership positions, both in the executive world as well as in the board room. About
Guada Franzosi
I have developed my career in two multi nationals, E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. and Ingredion Incorporated, both American companies, with operations all over the world. I was born and raised in Argentina, graduated a chemical engineer, started my career in technical field sales but quickly moved into sales and marketing. I moved to Brazil when I was 28 years old and then had the opportunity to live in Richmond, VA, in the US. I traveled the world on business including Europe, Asia and Middle East, and have a fascination to visit churches and houses of worship almost everywhere I go (though I declare myself agnostic, I still fall in love with the architecture).
I worked in a multitude of industries including polymers, packaging, O&G, textiles, pulp & paper, automotive, plastics, footwear, glass lamination, ballistics, personal protection, food and beverage... ufff, a lot!
Somehow in the middle of it all, I managed to marry to a wonderful man, now my partner in business, and had two amazing kiddos, now teenagers, one a future engineer, the other a future oncologist (or surgeon, or pediatrician, or whatever she settles on).
I have lived and survived all the biases a Latin American woman can face in male dominated corporate America, and I am eager to share all my learnings with the hope that they can serve future leaders navigate the complex dynamics of the corporate world, avoiding some of the hard learned lessons and mistakes I´ve made.
I love science and I am passionate about people. I enjoy business, doing business, any business. Because doing business is solving somebody´s problem, and I am a problem solver at heart.

Business Advisor
We coach business leaders in small and medium size companies (including startups), by assessing their business, providing guidance and recommendations on business strategy, internationalization, product and market development, commercial strategy and business sustainability.
